How do I configure my DNS Zone Settings?

Question:  What changes do I need to make in order to send and receive email properly using your email hosting system?

Answer: The following information should be changed at your DNS Zone registrar (typically this is the same company where you host your website).  If you have any questions or problems making these changes, contact TechSource One and we will be glad to assist.

There are no A records to create.  If you have the following A Records please delete them:
autodiscover
webmail
mail
smtp
If there are any other records that reference email or remote connection to email, they need to be deleted as well.

The Following CNAMES should point to mymail.tsomail.com:
autodiscover
webmail
mail
smtp
These should be the only email records to create.

Here is the SRV Record for Autodiscover:
@
Service = _autodiscover
Protocal = _tcp
Port = 443
Target = mymail.tsomail.com
TTL = Choose default

MX Records
MX1 @ = {your domain}.c2.mx1.ik2.com 10
MX2 @ = {your domain}.c2.mx2.ik2.io 20
MX3 @ = {your domain}.c2.mx3.ik2.eu 30

example = @ = domain.net.c2.mx1.ik2.com 0

TXT Record (This is to verify to outside organizations that it is OK for TechSource One and TSOMail to send on your behalf):
v=spf1 mx a ip4:155.254.30.188/32 ip4:155.254.30.288/32 include:tsosupport.com ~all
